Care Instructions

Hand wash with warm water and mild soap immediately after use and dry thoroughly before storing. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and do not place in the dishwasher, as repeated soaking may damage the wooden handle over time. Periodically condition the Keyaki wood with a food-safe mineral oil to maintain its appearance and prevent drying or cracking. The hardened stainless steel wheel will retain its edge for years with normal use.
