En Passant was created for Frédéric Malle by Olivia Giacobetti in 2000. OG makes focused, natural scents that are deceptively simple, classic, and lowkey masterfully engineered to be more perfect than the pure note found in nature. Like when a master Japanese chef does Simca Beck, she brings precision, organization, and fresh crispness to the depth and soul of established greatness.

This is achieved by how she underpins the natural fragrance with synthetics. She recedes the synthetics into the ‘spine,’ allowing the natural note to elevate; like the lilac in this one… on an immaculate marble plinth.

This one is wet white lilac XXL. More lilac than a lilac.
